Refund Policy

Due to real-time resource provisioning and the irreversible nature of digital transactions, all sales are final and non-refundable by default.

• Hardware & Facility Outages: If a critical hardware failure or facility-level routing incident originates directly from our infrastructure and cannot be resolved by our engineering staff within 48 hours, the service will be migrated to an alternate host node, or the unspent balance corresponding to the remaining service period will be credited to the client account.
• Terms Violations: Instances suspended, isolated, or terminated due to breaches of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service are entirely ineligible for refunds.
• Network Fees: Any associated cryptocurrency miner and network transmission fees are non-refundable and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
