Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Our privacy principles do not cover systemic abuse of our core infrastructure.
- Spamhaus & Blacklist Protection: Any mass unsolicited emailing (SPAM), malicious script deployment, or network behavior that leads to an IP address being flagged on Spamhaus or other global threat monitoring registries is strictly prohibited. Any IP listed on such registries will be immediately null-routed by our network automation.
- Tor Relays & Bridges: Running Tor Bridge, Relay, and Middle Nodes is fully supported on our network. Exit nodes are strictly restricted to dedicated, isolated IP allocations upon prior review.
- Abuse & Automated Notices: Algorithmic crawler reports and bulk automated takedown notices do not trigger automatic instance null-routing. In the event of a verified, actionable upstream carrier inquiry, tenants are granted a standard remediation window to address the matter directly.
